Universal Testing MachineElectronic mechanical universal testing machine adopts dual space door type structure (Floor type or Tabletop type optional below 100KN load frame), in general, tension test is executed at the upper space, compression and bending test are applied at the lower space, the test space can be exchanged with customer's preference. The loadframe is consisted of 2 or four lead-column, ballscrew, upper crosshead, middle crosshead and worktable, and the adjustable speed system is installed underside of the worktable. High accuracy, wide range and stable Japan Panasonic AC servo motor drive the ballscrew pair rotating through syn-deceleration system, the ballscrew pair drive middle crosshead, make the tension clamp(compression, bending) move up and down, then realize load and offload to the specimen. This structure have enough stiffness to apply high efficiency and stable moving. Key parts are processed on the processing center to ensure the accuracy of the load frame. Ballscrew is E5 class.

This series of machine can be equipped with PCI CONTROL CARD for fast reliable comunication or Advanced Instrumentation and control inside of the load frame comunicating via one USB2.0 port, during the tests, to realize all of the control functions and acquisition of data in an autonomous way, using own electronic resources, that it acting doesn't depend on the acting on the computer connected. The communication between the machine and the computer should be made being used of ports standardized commonly found in the market RS232 (Speed in Bit per second), USB (speed in Megabit per second), Ethernet (Speed in 100Megabit per second), etc., allowing the use of computers this way in several PC formats ("desktop", "notebook", "all-in-one", etc.).
